We need only iPhone or smartphone to find happiness, but that is not real.

Today psychology created by man is if you want to feel happy, do amazing things on social media. Of course, you will if you have found happiness without a social media presence. This problem is mostly increasing in adult because they are born in the internet era. When they feel lonely, they active on social media and think loneliness would disappear. But in reality, it’s not.
But it becomes a habit and their mental attitude change toward happy people. They get depressed and anxious, when they are not on social media.
So use your social media as a medium meet with your friends and people in real life. It completely disappears your loneliness and brings genuine happiness in your life. Make real friends on social media. Don’t waste too much time on social media to fill the gap of your loneliness.

When people are getting too much attention on social media. They don’t have enough time for anything even their health issue.T hey don’t leave their phone screen until they feel pain or hurt from social network because of this disease effect on the brain. After this, you are getting weaker every day. If you want a healthy life, make your mind healthy. But How?
Simply sleep on time. Make rest for your body at least 7-8 hours. If you are not getting proper sleep, it will disturb your daily schedule. Make you feel lazy and yawn during the task.
