In today world we are facing lots of challenges to survive. Every challenge has required a different strategy to overcome. And this found in many forms (to complete your task facing the problem, injury problem, and more). Because challenge needs time to think about them. We need rest, not to anxious about the problem. First, we have to search the level of the problem what kind of problem we have.
Our happiness and sadness are always belonged to us and keep moving. They are always in parallel line. At a time we have one thing, not to keep both. It depends on our mistake suppose we feel happy because we energizing from this energy (active), when we made a mistake this positive energy replace by negative energy and then what we called sadness(contrary). It depends on us how we hold one power at a time.

This is the worst problem ever found when you have important work, but you have not proper schedule for your task. And sometimes we distract from unnecessary work when we remind our job..what we say? Oh shit! I have left the most important work. Someone says everyone does same. But the problem arises from this word (everybody does same) What we call this fact ‘Procrastination’.
As we said above, there are two energy always with us if we made mistake one replace by another. We trapped in more time situation. Most of the time you’ll postpone your project, your routine automatically changed. You’ll feel anxiety always hurry like you’re running behind from thief. But in reality, you’re running away from your mistake. You should have to face this. Do not run from it. It’s only you who can change this. Everybody give you advice, but no one can change this because only you have the key to unlock your power to remove all this kind of disease who did infect you. Keep reading, and you find an answer.

This is what we called helpful or worse. Talk about in a convenient way. When you have done something wrong or want to start something. You don’t know that you need advice. Who is going to help you? You need to take the baby step because once said action beats inaction. Right now act to kill procrastination habit. Make a plan and execute them by taking action rather than postpone.
Work on important things rather than unnecessary
It’s the biggest problem ever have with self. We work on unnecessary work because of the brain. Our precious time is consuming without notice. We enjoy, but most of the time we ‘re frustrated. Our mind thinks about the bad situation. In which we’re not moving forward only floating in a limited space of anxiety. It results come when we remind why we do not go forward in our life. Why have been we stuck here for a long time?
We have the solution before going into this problems but why we don’t remember? Because when we’re doing our important task and reach peak point. Something repels our attention. What is that? It’s our bad result and brain working on continuously think about this. We are going away from getting the result because we own us a problem.
One Cure for this problem. When you getting the result of anything like -weight loss, get the job, a proposal for a date, etc. Don’t think about this. Don’t let your brain think about it immediately. And say I have other important work when you accept it your brain automatically remove a trivial task from your daily life.
Stress keeps the distance from other instead of attracting
This has a significant impact on our behavior. It happens when we made a continuous mistake, and our attempt does not succeed. All scenario play a significant role when you think about the stress. It mainly affects the brain. We need concentration to our work, but it forgets all thing and keep us away from the thing which makes us happy. People ignore us because of behavior change towards them.
When they say something, you said why are you doing so stupid thing. Can’t see. I’ m so busy. Change in your voice makes you angry. It’s the biggest challenge for us when we realize what happened to us. All thing which brings happiness to us. why we don’t understand this chemistry. We realize this when it takes the worst result and make us guilty in our eye. It’s a major illness which makes body weaker. The brain’s power works on wrong things.
Craving for something more in a wrong way rather than try to understand the whole situation
It’s a useful tool lead to our success or whatever you called to get the result of your performance because in this path you’re following your ignorance to get something(more). When you have reached up to a point or failed to get something( as a result of your performance).
Your brain doesn’t work properly and wants the thing in more quantity( like more time, more money, etc.).Get a result you want but inside you a craving force work. You’re leaving major opportunities when you trap in this situation because your brain uses all power get inside this problem rather than get out the situation and think about the solution. What you have, you lost them.
HOW I GET THEM FROM WHAT I HAVE NOW. It’s time for planning to move forward. You have to work on the solution. Do not pull the problem further.
